Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit rtxblox.com and when you install RtxBlox. We do not run a user account system, so we hold as little as possible.

01Data we collect

We never ask for your name, phone number or payment details. The only data involved is:

• Server logs — IP address, browser/user-agent, requested page and timestamp, kept for security and abuse prevention.
• Download counters — which version was downloaded and how many times, stored in aggregate. Not linked to a person.
• Support email — your address and message, used only to reply to you.
• App settings — presets and preferences are stored locally on your device. The auto-update check sends only your current version number.

02Why we process it

To serve the site, keep the download infrastructure healthy, diagnose errors, block abuse and answer support requests. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

03Cookies

The site may use strictly necessary cookies (for example language preference or session security). Analytics cookies are only enabled with your explicit consent, and the site keeps working if you decline. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

04Sharing

Data may be shared with hosting, CDN and email providers strictly to deliver the service, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where legally required by a competent authority.

05Retention

Server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Support threads are deleted 24 months after the request is closed. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

06Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

• ask whether we process data about you, and request a copy;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete data or restrict its processing;
• object to processing and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
